How listings are checked
Recorded source dates
Catalog records show the source verification date recorded for that listing. Dated provider-page evidence is kept distinct from automated internal comparisons and link-response checks. A working link does not confirm current eligibility or award details. Unconfirmed changes are not presented as approved facts.
A “within 90 days” label means the recorded source-verification date is no more than 90 calendar days old. Older dates are labeled over 90 days old; missing dates remain not recorded. The age of a recorded date is not a guarantee that provider terms are current.
Link checks
Source-link checks record whether a listing URL responds. A working link does not verify current provider terms or update the source-verification date.
